Fired years earlier by the world's leading producer of animated shorts, Warner Bros., for his lack of vision and originality, retread Avery hung around on Hollywood's "Poverty Row" for a number of years with such down-and-out studios as the House of the Groaning Fat Cat One Per Centers, which released HAM'S FAMILY.
