Review of Sea Scouts

. . . Sharon Shark is my favorite Dizzy cartoon character. Sharon has a lot going for her. Like Captain Hook's alligator nemesis in PETER PAN, Sharon chows down on Don Duck during this story--TWICE. She's much more stylish than alleged fashion plate Cruel Ella the Devil, decking herself out with Don's admiral hat. It looks much better on her than it did on him. Sharon is not a one-trick rodent like Mickey, surprising us by cutting a mast in half length wise as she pursues her duck nuggets appetizer. Naturally, Dizzy found Sharon too good to be used regularly, relegating her to the same dust bin as Cousin Gus.
