It's astonishing to see how 'wasted' we become. The amount of time people spend mindlessly on social media is staggering. I can't tell whether there's an 'escape room' out of this situation. My guess is that the only plausible scenario to recalibrate things of this manner would be to find the collective will to change the internet for the better. Otherwise we're headed to the dark web valley of lost human potential.
