Review of The Best of Me

I've read all Sparks' books, and this was the best movie adaptation since "The Notebook". The writers changed enough of the story - to allow entire chapters to be reduced to one scene, for instance - but nothing important. In fact, the changes kept me from remembering what would happen next - a good thing! This is the one Sparks novel my wife hasn't read, yet we were both weeping at the end. Loved it!
