This episode is a solid 8.3 for me- but I am leaving a 10 to ward of the over dramatic 1's posted on this platform by those with the attention spans of a can of beans.
I loved the script of this episode- the deepening of the characters' perspectives, and actions through their past experiences being connected to the present times conflicts and conversations- masterful.
Eugene and Hornsby- Josh McDermitt, Josh Hamilton- God they were great. The unease Lance gives me is so consistently unpredictable and eerie. I love Lance Hornsby. Hats off to Josh McDermitt, his acting in this episode as well as episode 11, has been amazing. The ability to be so emotional, and deep- and- that wonderful neediness he can let out around Max, is just spectacular.
Well edited, well written, well acted, great job :)
