Review of World's Most Evil Killers

So, why don't they interview any of the British citizens who were convicted of murder? Why don't they make a bigger difference between spree killers and serial killers? Evil killers ... well, I'd expect more in-depth coverage of what makes them evil. As an indigenous person, 'evil' has very little meaning unless it is backed up by a tremendous lot of deviation from 'normal' human behavior. Since there are so many English accents, I assume that this is a show from a very narrow definition of 'evil,' given all the crimes against humanity the English visited upon non-white peoples across the globe.
