I enjoyed the movie but it was executed poorly. Not as good as the anime. The movie was rushed. They did not give me a reason to care about rika. I loved the main character and thought he had such a unique and cool ability when paired with rikas power. The last fight scene was pretty great and somewhat emotional. The movie was just underwhelming. Because there were too many characters, the fight scenes felt rushed. The movie just did not feel satisfying. The plot and idea was brilliant and interesting but the movie was executed poorly. I wanted better action scenes and more of a reason to care about its new characters. I am looking forward to seeing yuta is season 2 but overall, I wouldn't have paid to watch this movie. I should have waited. There were 30 minutes of boring scenes as well that I feel didn't really do much. I love the anime but wanted more from the movie.
