. . . career criminal M. Mouse says to his captive Mutt Pluto after sneaking out of a Public Zoo with a seal he'd lured into his picnic basket with a few dead fish. MICKEY AND THE SEAL shows this habitual scofflaw never giving a second thought as to how animal sanctuaries could survive very long if every patron decided to take a wild animal home with him. Whether its poaching regulated game critters, fishing illegally or stealing zoo animals, this louse of a mouse always seems eager to set a bad example for the Youth of America. How sad.
