This episode is tired and turgid, nothing of note happens. They get married and he is over pushing for funding. A disjointed mish-mash of things - more foundation to lay on the groundwork from episode 2. Really needs to buck up in the next episode. On a plus note it has Peter Jacobson in it though he is given a bit-part.
