One of the villains runs a kind of Butlins - fun fair plus swanky restaurant. Villains and good guys keep rushing through the restaurant as the band plays this season's hit dance music. Elliot Makeham is appealing as the scientist with an anti-gas formula everyone wants, though the McGuffin gets a bit confused - who was his daughter, Nora Grayson, going to sell it to? John Loder makes a good hero, and I like his sidekick "Hugo", a pint-sized Eric Blore type. We hope he finds happiness with the gawky Scottish cook.
Dr Klee runs a peace organisation - what a giveaway! He is accompanied everywhere by a svelte "secretary" with a sinister foreign accent.
