Lame as they come

Warning: Spoilers
I did like a little of the beginning as I liked the happiness and humor of the couple and finally the premise of them becoming the last two people on earth, or at least their neighborhood, which they never leave! Imagine being the last couple on earth and not wanting to see if there are other people somewhere or see any place they want or at least take advantage of astonishing housing. They use no electronic devices to see or hear anything about why they are alone; no TV, radio, computer. They do have a phone and call one person; someone they both dislike. This is obviously a very, very, very low budget indie so it feels kind of mean to say just how awful this is. Of course the cinematography is bad, but it's Oscar worthy compared to the writing. This is so poorly written it seems bizarre that so many terribly illogical things were in the script that no one saw. The only way a poverty stricken indie can work is decent writing as that doesn't cost anything. I must say that the final scene, or lack of one, was a tad interesting, but it's hard to imagine that many will stick with this that long and trust me, it's not worth it.
