Slightly better than Part 1. The screen test is fairly amusing though ruined in parts by the raucous studio audience. The studio does not want Fonzie but offers Richie a contract. Fonzie then does some water skiing. Then he is challenged to do a water skiing jump over a caged shark, This is a set up for Part 3, the now infamous "jump the shark" episode which would later signify the decline of a series. The ratings were still huge but the quality would continue to decline.
