Started watching this because I'm a huge Belinda fan, not a big fan of her acting but her music.
I gave it a try, it was intriguing at first but it just dosent work.
It is extremely slow, the first episode is suppose to be the one that grabs the viewer and it just dosent work. The pace and editing it's just so slow and boring, there isn't anything happening at times, they leave the camera on characters even after lines and expressions. I had to check how long each episode was and I was surprised to see it has half and hour, they definitely feel like hour episodes.
Lots of reviews said that the bad reviews were from Americans, and I can't tell you it isn't that, I've seen plenty of Spanish series like casa de papel that delivers or elite. This one has a bit of potential but after watching The Wilds, which has a similar plot, I just don't see how this one can get a second season.
The acting is a bit bland but I don't think it's the biggest issue, I think it's the writing and definitely the editing.
Also the fact that none of the character fight or run away from the cow killing machine which is ridiculous small and the girl operating it is also small is just ridiculous and unbelievable. The characters don't seem to have common sense. Besides Belinda, I care for none of the character.
