Leonor Will Never Die combines classic, cheesy 80s Filipino action movies with a story about an aging woman dealing with grief and a struggling world. I found parts of the film really funny, and I enjoyed the absurdist clash of real-world drama and fantasy over-the-top action. All in all, I didn't quite get this film and hoped for a stronger narrative to tie me through.
