Death in Paradise: Dishing Up Murder (2016)
Season 5, Episode 6
6/10
A somewhat average episode.

A famous Chef is killed, the scene appears to have been staged, to appear like a robbery gone wrong.

I loved the opening scenes, they looked great, introduced some nice characters, and promised quite a lot.

The discovery was a surprise, but what followed was a little run of the mill. I didn't find it the most exciting episode, in all honesty at times I found it rather boring.

Too many silly moments here, backing his head, falling over etc, I can cope with humour on the show, but here it was just too silly. The best part was the conclusion, it wasn't without imagination.

Considering it's set in the Carribbean, it's littered with talk of England, it somehow detracted from the blue skies and golden sands.

Nicely acted, I am always super glad to see Martin Compston and Tara Fitzgerald, and the pair don't disappoint.

Not a bad watch, 6/10.
