The movie description pretty much sums up the movie and there's hardly anything to add to this. Apart from the fact this uninteresting, forgettable B-movie was boring.
The very premise of the Jonathan (Joseph Bottoms) going blind without any medical explanation whatsoever, is not believable, let alone the fact that he must stop a killer, who abducts women and cuts them open.
This film uses every excuse to show women naked. It was so obvious, it became annoying and might even be mistaken for soft porn - just without the sex, and adding suspense. The acting was nothing to write home about, but can you blame the actors when they're presented with such a boring script?
The way Jonathan managed to figure out who the killer was, is also just not believable. No doubt I'm going to forget this very soon. Even the title makes no sense...
Would I watch it again? No.
