Pocahontas is a difficult story to tell in that it involves racial hatred and the maltreatment of Indian people. But the story delicately squirts around that and focuses on the love story between John Smith and Pocahontas. It also shows that Pocahontas was very strong. I'd like that it got lgbtened up by the canoe and the bird friends that she had.
