Review of Killer Concept

Three people talking about making a movie about a currently on the loose serial killer.

So they talk and talk and talk and talk and talk and talk. You see where this is going? And finally one of them decides he's a loony and he's going to become at least a kidnapper if not a killer.

And the end, it was okay considering the whole movie is pretty much a boring talkfest.
