Lost interest as soon as I seen the axe and rope! Yes, it's a sci-fi film but in order for the Predator to install fear to its audience, we have to feel like a real to life situation. When I seen the little girl create a futuristic axe and rope weapon I lost interest immediately. This axe has unlimited range and hits with deadly accuracy everytime she wields it. This weapons puts the the gun and bow to shame and makes me wonder why were bullets and arrows were ever invented.
Just out of curiosity, why in the opening of the movie did she wake up with war paint on? Was that to sell the audience that she is an ultimate warrior in her tribe. Let the movie tell the story!
P. S. If this movie is as good as some say it is, why didn't it take a shot at the box office? Better yet, make a sequel and put it on the silver screen and watch it flop like a fish out of water!
