The film doesn't know what it is, well it kind of does, it's an amalgamation of a lot of genres. It does have it's funny parts (Mainly the cat) and some amazingly dark parts.
Ryan Reynolds is brilliant as always.
As a sufferer of a plethora of mental health issues I do actually feel a slight kinship with the main character, I'm not sure if that's a good thing though lol.
If you're a fan of Reynolds, then give it a watch, if you like messed up gory comedy with a head case twist then give it a watch and if you're a dribbler like me then be warned that mental health plays a big part, luckily I could handle it but I do know some people who would be "set off" by this film.
If none of the above apply then maybe give it a miss or you might just find yourself freaked out and very confused...
