I think the only thing I would change is Frank's conversation with Sully. Sully thinks his skill level is higher than it is. Frank could have explained that in most fields of corporate structure, most leaders continue to advance into their first level of incompetence. Frank explains he chooses not to advance Sully beyond his competence and comfort, then explains some areas where the new training leader has competence that Sully doesn't have. I didn't want Sully to turn in his badge.

For instance, Sully trains well in non-confrontational areas with general edits where she trains for specific encounter possibilities with partner practice for many scenarios.
