That's clown a menace, so adore Shaggy new form

Warning: Spoilers
This is a memorable episode of Scooby-Doo.

I don't have problem with the animation, voice performance - it was all good. Quite a unique twist having Shaggy and Velma change character - really like Shaggy determination in winning some golf contest and not let anything stop him. While Velma has coulrophia (fear of clowns) over an incident at birthday party - it's so unfunny for a clown to shred an encyclopedia in grinder for fun. Didn't like Shaggy back usual self as much as Velma.

Then, the monster in this some freaky yet dangerous robotic clown contraption, that gulps anyone with its silver sharp teeth. I definitely hate clowns and that monster never scared me, yet it reminded me of some giant Gengar in a Pokémon episode caught victims including Team Rocket and Brock's Onix.

I don't think many, unlike me, like the chase scene in this episode which the soundtrack is "Something Special" by American punk rock band named after Anthony Civarelli.

Obviously, the culprit behind the clown monster surely be in prison for reckless endangerment with monstrous contraption and tying up and gaging his victims.

Some reason, one supporting character with the name of Cougar Forest is obviously rip-off of famous professional golfer, Tiger Woods.

The mystery isn't too predicable as main suspects being Shaggy's arrogant and self-obsessed rival named Miranda and mayor's son named Gary holds some grudge against Shaggy.
