I'd give this a 6.5 if I could. It's not bad, but not good. I don't know what, exactly, I don't like about Canadian TV, but, I find their actors and directors pretty stiff in their story telling. I feel like I'm watching actors going through the motions and just reciting their lines. There are SOME who do a fine job, but they don't shine in their roles.
In this show, they say the stories come from the OSIR. I don't believe there is, nor ever was, such a place. I believe they wanted to create interest with those lines. This was a technique I first remember in One Step Beyond, which had stories of the paranormal. It was a favorite of mine as a kid, and I still love it.
