This was a brilliant episode. The scripting, directing, and acting are top-notch. It's all about the power of persuasion. Wendy using her charms and intelligence to woo hesitant senators and even blackmail them. Ruth and Cade's twisted relationship takes new turn. Buddy seem to get more screentime which is a big plus in my book. This is the first time we've seen Rachel also and she's given something that'll be interesting to watch.
In all, a really brilliant episode with some great character drama. The technical elements were breathtaking; from cinematography to score everything is well put in place.
