Review of Amigo de nadie

This movie started out with a lot of promise as an exploration of a warped character. Unfortunately, it fizzled out pretty quickly and failed in its objective to explore the character in depth. One never knows or understands what drives the character to do what he does or behave in the manner that he does. The movie just skims over that and instead appears to focus on the actions, not the cause. The viewer does see a descent into madness but never really understands much about the character. The ending is totally incomprehensible, and leaves too much to the viewer to try and imagine what happened. It would have been more appropriate to provide a fuller understanding in a more logical sequence.
