I've always wondered how the writers will introduce Negan in this part of the series, let's remember that Negan is exiled and never appears in the commonwealth arc in the comic, but his introduction in this part was more than satisfactory, even funny, providing new interactions with other characters in the series, it was excellent, one point for the writers.
Lance the new villain, the most surprising thing that seems to be the brightest that any of the previous ones, a man with nothing to lose and that for sure in the next episodes we will hate him intensely. Excellent performance by Josh Hamilton.
Lots of action, car chases, with Negan and Daryl, a walking horde approaching the commonwealth, my favorite part is Negan and Carol, their their interaction is great.
10/10 for this beginning of the end.
