Too much canoodling, too much lovers sweating, lovemaking, hugging, murmuring sweet nothings, and people getting intimate all throughout. Not to mention the constant close-ups on people's faces the director obviously thinks are a good idea.
Those who like expressions of love and human intimacy, emotional closeness, and people's faces up close will be delighted. For those who are grossed out by this stuff, however, it will be unpleasant.
Also, I thought the reason Dexter wouldn't do it was because sex just didn't mean much to him, not because he feared she would "see his soul" or something. The writers seemed to have taken a turn in this one.
