I can't comment on the scene featuring Ray Romano, Kevin James and the now not to be talked about Billy Cosby, as it's not included on the DVD version of this episode.
It's not perhaps a bad thing, personally I think it would take me out of the world that 'Becker' exists in.
Even without those appearances I think this is an excellent episode of 'Becker' with some excellent moments.
It was fun to see all the cast interacting with each other (occurrences of this have certainly grown as the first series has progressed) and we again got to see the softer side of the character of 'Becker'.
I liked that it didn't end on a syrupy sweet note too - the young Doctor schooled by Becker ultimately remained just as much of a stuck up as he did before.
That in itself is totally 'Becker'.
