3/10
A very loose relation to Saw

Warning: Spoilers
The acting was better than expected for this level of movie. The video was bad. It looked like they were using handheld cameras or even phones becuse the coloring was bad.

The shark was kind of lame also. And since when do sharks growl and the people being eaten make no noise? Multiple people eaten by the shark and the water is not red. Getting the shark out of the hole was easy but how did they get the shark back into the little caged area? The pool was also very small to allow the shark to swim around.

The people were all unlikable and you wish they would all just jump in and get eaten. As much as Jaws has taught us that sharks will eat anything, a shark that has eaten 1-2 people will not just attack anything in the water if they are full from previous killings.

This had potential, even if it was limited potential but the shaky handheld cameras or phones was annoying. I am not a fan of shaky video but this was bad with the jumping around and shaky video. It was like the person was out of breath and the camera was moving around as they breathed hard. A shark revenge killing is a bit extreme and would take a lot of resources to capture and build the setup to house it. Steam coming off the pool should have indicated that the water was too hot because sharks live in temperatures at a max of around 85 degrees, though around 70 degrees is the sweet spot. Water that would steam would be too hot.

It was pretty easy to figure out who was behind this once they started dying. Only one of them had no backstory. So there had to be a reason. I suppose this is fine for running in the background but it would not be good if you concentrated on the movie.
