Four girls get together while their parents do research for a weekend. They leave the girls with a creepy old man (David Fletcher-Hall). Alex (Ava Torres) the youngest of the four is allowed to take a book from his study. Using the book, the girls discover a secret door at 9 3/4. They enter to a room and then leave into a magical forest, the land of forgotten people and not toys. Here, they discover that they are the Guardians of Time and their task is to get the three crystals so they can get home, save time, and keep them from Deimos (Drew Pollock) who wants to end time or something evil.
The film is for kids. It was a combination of Thanos goes Narnia. The acting was horrible. The dialogue was overly simplistic. Sybil (Samantha Ryan) keeps talking to the other kids making sure everyone understands the plot, very similar to an aside. 1 1/2 stars.
