A cool music video by Incubus with great use of animation effects where lead singer Brandon Boyd appears drawing his own face in a very detailed manner along with the group's
performance of "Drive". I liked the song due to the video, of which I've seen over the years, and I always thought a pity that it didn't chart here in order to become a known song with
radio airplay - might be huge in other countries but here it simply never played.
The artistry involved makes a quite interesting work where you can see each line being created as Boyd composes his face, his eyes, his mouth, constructing bit by bit his expressions and then the editing moves to the real man performing the song. The effort is very well-made and well composed. Has to be one of the most memorable music videos of all time, at least in my book, very detailed and there's a cool song behind it, so it's a win-win. 9/10.
