I'm very happy I found this quick story on YouTube. The Vanishing of Sidney Gomez is such a heartbreaking, gripping, strange, and amazing tale. The story has it all: tension, stunning images, excellent voice acting, and a final act that is so heartwarming that I nearly cried. A big thank you to the voice actor for such a great telling of the narrative. With the kidnapping of youngsters and the disintegration of families devastated by the crime, the images definitely support the tragedy and craziness in our society. The Vanishing of Sidney Gomez is an all-around fantastic movie; it has had a psychological impact on me, making me more conscious of the gravity and cruelty of kidnapping. 10/10.
