Unfortunately this is our reality. As long as bandits are not arrested, that is the consequence that society will have.
The people are being terribly victims of these bandits and even some of the police are involved in this, I mean, they participate in this too.
In this video, in this case, it shows the self-help of the police in the alleged kidnapping of a minor under 16 years of age, who I don't know for what reason she was kidnapped, or because her boyfriend was involved in drugs or owes it to a drug dealer or some family that owes it to a militiaman or even same drug dealer in the community where he lives.
