Review of Treason

It's not a bad way to kill a few hours. I've spent countless time on worse. It's is entertaining for sure, plenty of action and less of the classic spy drama. More Bourne like than Tinker Tailor, plenty of action and excitement. But it's painfully implausible; just way too much happens way too quickly. Not to mention some painful gaps in plot. It turns the spy agency thriller le Carre made famous and serialises it into something a touch too cartoonish.

Nevertheless, if you need some time to kill - you could for sure do worse and there is something in it for him and her. Not a bad date night choice.
