Far superiour to the fiction of The Lost King
2 January 2023
Watching the 2022 film The Lost King based on the events of Philippa Langley's mission to discover the location of King Richard the Third and to address the inconsistencies in how he is represented in history, this documentary presents actually real time footage of the events portrayed in the Film, but in a much more interesting and respectful way. This is a feel good experience where as The Lost King is all about fabricating conflict and is the worse for it.

There is a life affirming story of strength and determination, an interesting story on the misrepresentation of a historical figure presented in a transparent and honest way. Simon Farnaby's presentation is charming compassionate and friendly, and I'd much rather be in the world that he presents than the pretentiously over dramatised fiction of the movie version of events.

Thanks for making this wonderful entertaining and uplifting story that makes the world a better place. We're so lucky this exists. Right place, right time.
