Seems every CW show is 50% whining and about "feelings" and 50% is the actual show that we want to watch. Add to that the usual CW going down the LGBTQ rabbit hole and this is just another hot mess of a show.
Would be nice to watch a superhero show without the agenda so I could watch with my kids. That's why ratings are never high in CW shows.
Last season was great. Yes, there was lots of whining, but it wasn't pushing much of an agenda (other than the very obvious Lois Lane marrying a black dude in an alternative universe). Very obvious to the point of annoyance. There is zero chemistry with her alternate universe daughter and the entire family. Not even with her real father.
