If everything you're looking for is a good story and beautiful main characters who play well (in this one, the lead female is impressive, the lead male is just ok, playing awfully episode 9), Korean series are a good choice, and this one makes no exception. Unfortunately, they have a specific type of directors, who think that us, the viewers, are not able to think for ourselves, so they must: remind frequently what happened before, like we don't have memory or are unable to understand, and emphasize painfully, way too much, some "feelings" on the screen. Besides this, Korean directors also have absolutely always the clowns of the series/movies. Even if there is a drama, there are characters which behave always like clowns (again, it's really painful to watch most of the times). Probably this is in their culture and I am not able to understand it, because it happens in basically ALL their series (even in Squid Game, which is a superior one). Oh well, everything depends on what you're looking for in a series/movie.
