Medicinal marijuana is the featured topic of this episode. Wendell Bray is back and manages to keep working because marijuana has lessened the harsh effects of chemotherapy. Unfortunately, the federal government oversees the Jeffersonian so Cam has to fire him. The victim here is a young woman who has advanced Lupus and who uses weed and then works in a distribution center. She has a little side business going on and that's what is the issue here. Booth continues to be a naysayer. Once again he can't look at the big picture. If Uncle Sam is against it, it must be wrong. Mr. Bray eventually must face the realities. If Booth were not his usual jerkface self, I would have rated this higher.
