All of you, who rated this opening season episode less than 7 out of 10 - did you really and actually watch it? It's very decent opening with many suggestions about further story development. I'm fully in.
I know that today's standards require you to be hooked right away, being drowned not into the story itself immediately but what about this smart, slow burning storytelling that gentlemen like Favreau try to bring back to 2020' cinema? Can we still appreciate the amount of creativity needed to write new episode, not to mention the whole story? Can't we just slow down for these few moments this story needs? BTW: I write this to you from Iceland where there is perfect time flow for such tempo. And as people live here about 100 years - I think they know what they are doing... 😉
