I really enjoyed watching this 90s instalment of Columbo, and I knew we were in for a treat with She Drives Me Crazy by Fine Young Cannibals, yes the Fine Young Cannibals!
The homage to Hefner and Guccione and also their mansions was on display, and the massive twist I'm sure would have inspired the writers of Inside No. 9 for sure. I would never have guessed the double cross in the murder, but Columbo delivers for sure.
I loved the 80ish and early 90s feel to this episode, without detracting from Columbo's 70s appeal and his smarts and gumshoe persistence to solving crimes without being talked down too.
