Brooke Satchwell was excellent in this, as was Sam Neil.
Unfortunately the courtroom scenes were not very realistic and whilst I understand the idea is to create dramatic tension, the behaviour of the Crown Prosecutor was just ludicrous. This character was very badly written in my opinion and should have drawn comment from the jury about how unprofessional she was. There would have been a jury discharge on the judge's own motion many times over.
There were numerous giant plot holes and whilst there was ultimately some kind of resolution, it was not particularly satisfying to the audience in my opinion.
Sadly, a bit of a waste of time watching this overlong melodrama.
