OK so to start with not terrible episode but got a lot of things in it that made me question if people responsible for this ever saw previous episodes of offer series or read any books that talk about cloaking devices for instance.
1. They always been able to transport by cloaked in anything else star trek so why can't they now.?
2, old cloaking devices like one use is well known way to pick it up on sensors or visually.
3. Also would a starfleet vessale using a cloaking devices be illegal and against peace treaty got with Romulans, and that main reason why they don't have any, so by using one they could cause a war.
4. They was even able to lock torped on cloaked old bird of pray in previous film.
That's just to name a few.
Also why did they wait to cloak after warped into system right next to offer ships.? There sensors would of picked them up before even came out of warp that way should of cloaked before working in at very least.
And as what did would of been better if warped as close as could to station and just quickly transported them abored before offers could react fully, offer then what did right.?
And why would they have James T Kirks body in there.? In fact so many questions.

As as usual Raffi was usless unnecessary and unneeded character sigh.
Also why has this got smoking in it everything else startrek virtually that I have seen or read, states that smoking no longer exists and hasn't for very long time. (To say shortly & wish didn't add it back.)
Wonder if Diana is not Diana but actually a changeling, and since when has star fleet been OK with beating a prisoner for information.?
