Chocolatier Charlotte (Jen Lilley, who is, as usual, hit or miss) happens to be a bit of a commitment-phobe, running out on her wedding a few times, leaving long-suffering boyfriend James (played by Marcus Rosner) at the altar. Now it is her turn to plan the wedding...when, along comes James' ex girlfriend (Jessica Lowndes) who is also involved in the chocolate world. She says she isn't still in love with James, but - spoiler alert - of course she is! We've seen this character a thousand times before in Hallmark movies. She sets out to get James back.
As noted above, Lilley is either hit or miss in these Hallmark movies, and she is the latter in "Yes, I Do." Marcus Rosner is okay, but a weak lead compared to some of the others. I've seen better.
