As others have said, in Series 1, 2 or 4 it would have been one of the best episodes of them, but the third series of 'Only Fools and Horses' was so strong that this in contrast ends up looking like one of the weaker installments.
In fact it's another perfectly fine, if a bit thin, episode, with some lovely moments and interactions, as Del Boy's little joke ends up causing poor old Rodney a great deal of trouble.
It's nice to see the three leads get a bit of time to interact too, and it's so sad to think that Leonard Pearce's time on the show would soon be coming to an end.
Overall, a decent episode that only seems lesser in quality because it has been so high elsewhere in Series 3.
