This is a good, heartwarming episode that headed a lot of this in the right direction. This season seems to be focused on team building and the resolution of character flaws through that building: we are better individuals when we are a better team.
Yes, it has less obvious humor than usual but they worked several storylines together to show many characters finding a renewed zeal and energy. And, there is still a great amount of humor in subtle jokes and situations.
I especially loved Roy and Jamie's homage to Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. Very well done!
Ted sums it up well in the end (by explaining his "new" idea). A positive ending, rare this season, tied it up well.
