Like the other reviewer said.. major no no with the couple and even considering what the dude with HIV did was ok... or his choice... no no.. his choice to tell would have been telling he had a dog that died.. or that he had a friend that died or whatever but something related to health.. no matter if he can transmit it to the partner..
as for the cases, they werent interesting.. the boy that was taken care by the grandma or the girl with brain tumor..
the most interesting part was the interaction between dr kalu and shawn.. very realistic them butting heads like that.. it would have been difficult to everyone.. dude coming back after 5 years.. or 4, i dunno.. and shawn is now an attending and he is a first year resident with more experience than any other.. they will milk at least 2 episodes making them go back and forth.
