Well I spotted this film on a streamer, curiosity dragged me in,and as Thomas Jane who was initially unrecognised with a big moustache and thick Texas drawl, and then Dominique Tipper quintessentially British,both favourite actors from the Expanse, so I continued viewing.
Then spoiler alert!! This looks familiar ,hang on a minute this is Ipswich town,in silly Suffolk,and they were using well known buildings purporting to be MI5 Headquarters, and traditional-black taxi cabs-which are unusual in the town.
Anyway workaday terrorist plot,nuclear weapons,and a plot to blow up Government offices.and the Tex-Arse ranger to capture an escaped IRA terrorist..this has been done before,decades ago at Ipswich in the film " The Fourth Protocol" starring a young Pearce Brosnan, and equally younger Michael Caine.
Yeah you guessed it I'm a resident nearby. How did I miss that, trained observer as well...
