Shazam Fury of the Gods is a mediocre and just-watchable movie. It tries so hard to be a part of a cinematic universe, in its need to be bigger than the first installment. It suffers from a poor script and forgettable acting from most of its cast. The visual effects are on par with the first one, as is the music. The use of Wonder Woman, beyond fan service, was unnecessary and quite bad for the character image.
Aside from my thoughts on the film, the two uprising stars Rachel Zegler and Asher Angel were phenomenal. They managed to suprass all of the adult actors and give a small boost to the movie, yet enough to remember them.
