Watching this is like eavesdropping on Mark's therapy session while he's had a few too many to drink. It's a rambling, one and a half hour, self-indulgent, bitchfest littered with sweeping generalisations to tell you that life is short, you're gonna die soon so you'd make the most of it and not sweat the small stuff, presented with such vitriol it's hard to watch.
While I've only just finished watching it and still probably processing what I've just seen, my overall takeaway is how the #@% has he taken such a reasonable and sound outlook for life and wrapped it in such an odious wrapper? Can the book really be this bad?
