A rather poor inspiration of "Sudden Impact" which centers on a very slick demented female serial killer (Carrie Snodgress) who seems to always be one step ahead of homicidal detective Jack Murphy played by Charles Bronson. Jack Murphy then becomes a fugitive of his own precinct after his ex and her boyfriend are shot and killed by his own gun set up by the female serial killer. He teams up and builds a rapport with a young female potty mouth teen, Arabella McGee (Kathleen Wilhoite) who succumbs to help him clear out his name. The reason why I said that this movie reminded me of "Sudden Impact" is because this female serial killer executes specific people with a specific motive except in this case it's totally idiotic beyond belief where it's not revealed until near the end and that can frustrate viewers leaving with more questions than answers.
